Today, I’m going to show you how I built 98 SEO sites and 32,000 posts in just 72 days with ChatGPT. I’ll also provide you with all the free systems, templates, and more that we’ve used along the way. Additionally, I’ll cover how I’m doing link building for these 98 sites and what the next steps are for this project.
The Project Setup
We announced two months ago on the 1st of October that we would rank 100 sites in 90 days, and we’re close to finishing the project. In just 72 days, it took way less time than expected, and I’ll show you exactly why today.
Here are the sites we’ve set up for the project. You can see all the URLs, niches, languages, and the amount of content published for each website. We’ve streamlined the process by creating a powerful machine to create content at scale, rank it, perform keyword research, and delegate every task involved in setting up a new site using this process.
The Journey & Monetization
In terms of the whole journey, we announced the 100 website challenge using AI to build 100 sites in 90 days on the 1st of October. We built 21 sites with 9,400 posts in 12 days, followed by 42 new sites in 30 days, and then an update a couple of weeks ago indicating that we had built 54 sites with 30,000 posts in 57 days. Now, we’re close to being done on the project, which is incredible.
This project is based on a proven process that has worked for my website, Discovery AZ, and others, as indicated by the significant increase in traffic. The majority of these websites are rank and rent sites, which allow for various monetization methods, including selling leads to local companies. While it’s not expected to be highly profitable immediately, we’re building assets that we can monetize in the future.
The Content Creation Process
How do we create so much content for so many websites in such a short period of time? We have a virtual assistant handling niche research, domain name selection, content creation, website design, and internal linking. A link builder is responsible for building backlinks to the portfolio of sites, and a project manager ensures everything is organized and delivered on time and to the required standard.
For the content creation process, the virtual assistant runs through niche site Sops and builds backlinks for each website. The project manager keeps everything organized and tidy on a spreadsheet, making the process as scalable as needed.
The System & Link Building Process

When it comes to niche research, we aim to find low competition keywords that are monetizable and have a high search volume. For domain name selection, we utilize specific hosting platforms optimized for productivity and safe interlinking between sites.
As for link building, we have an established process and utilize an agency to source someone to implement the necessary steps. We have streamlined the entire process, making it scalable for building out more sites in the future.
