Hey guys it’s hamish from income stream surfers and welcome back to my increasing my earnings for 2021 challenge episode two
If you haven’t watched the first episode i recommend that you watch it now this will be in a playlist but basically my goal is to upload five designs every day until the end of 2021 to see how much traffic and how much i can increase my earnings okay.
Objectives
So before we get into the keywords of today’s episode i wanted to talk a little bit more about my objectives. If you don’t know, Redbubble has a Payment threshold system. This means that every month once you pass the 20 pound mark you will be paid on the 15th of every month. My first goal is to have this happen every month from now on because 20 pounds extra a month would be really helpful for me. My second goal is just generally to increase my earnings which might sound like the same thing but it’s not. I would just like to have this be a larger number so that I can show people that my methods work. My main goal is to increase my traffic. For me, it’s more interesting to increase traffic. If I can get this to a thousand before 2022 I’d be very happy.
Google Analytics for Redbubble
Another thing that’s really cool is you can press Pages report here and this will show you which design on which product is being viewed a lot. This is really helpful to track your traffic and see which designs are performing well. Average time on page is important because it means that the person is real and they’re looking to buy. Average time on page is a good indicator of sales. Bounce rate is also important to monitor as it is normally in line with average time on page.
Actual Keywords
For full transparency, I already uploaded one design today which was “Keep Calm and Stroke a – Hund”. I am trying to find four others today to upload. I am searching for keywords that have low competition and high potential. Tea bagging only has 20 results, and I have to be careful with this term as it has a different meaning. I am trying to find a unique keyword to use for my design.
I haven’t found a keyword yet, but I’m trying to find something that stands out and has potential for sales. I am exploring different keywords related to tea and designing a mug with a teabag theme. The process of finding the right keywords can be challenging but rewarding when you find the perfect match for your design.
