How I Built 54 SEO Sites & 30,000 Posts in 57 Days w/ ChatGPT

Introduction

Today I’m going to show you how I built out 54 websites in 57 days with thousands of posts published on them. In fact, we actually have 100 sites set up as you can see from this list right here. This is all using AI and SEO. I’ll walk you through the whole process, how it works, some free tools that you can use to help you with the process, along with all the Sops and systems that have helped me manage and scale this and build out so many AI SEO Sites. I won’t hold anything back, so feel free to follow along as I guide you through it.

Overview of Progress

We started this Challenge on October 1st and as of November 26th, we have 100 websites published. 54 of these sites have content, while 46 sites still need content. 24 sites have content scheduled and the host is live for 97 out of 100 websites on Easy Block Networks. Today, I’ll show you exactly how we did it, how it works, and if you want to scale AI SEO across an empire of websites, I can guide you through that process as well. I’ll also share some rankings and what the next steps are for this process.

Site Selection and Niche Research

The first step in this process is to pick 100 niches. Niche selection is crucial, and I’ll guide you through my process for picking SEO niches that rank very quickly. Finding relevant niches can be challenging, but with the right tools and prompts, you can find easy, low competition niches. ChatGPT is a useful tool for generating niche ideas. I can show you how to use it to find 50 SEO niches, keep them simple, and ensure they are easy and non-fact-based. You can score those ideas and compare them quantitatively to determine the best niche that will perform well with AI content and SEO.

Finding Niche Research and Inspiration

There are three ways to find niche research and inspiration. First, you can reverse engineer websites already doing well with SEO and monetized with ads. Using tools like ANP, you can find websites already monetized with ads and use them as inspiration for your own niche selection. Additionally, focusing on pets-related niches and finding rank and rent websites are other effective methods for finding profitable niches with high SEO potential.

Rank and Rent Websites

Ranking local websites, such as appliance repair services, can be highly profitable. By ranking for specific local services and selling leads to local companies, you can earn tens of thousands of dollars. This method provides value to local companies and can be a lucrative addition to your AI SEO strategy.
