Hey guys what’s going on, it’s me Wall Patterson and welcome back to a new video. Today I’m going to be looking at the top four design portfolios I found this year. I’m going to be doing a few videos talking all about design portfolios because it’s ultimately very important for us freelancers and anyone in the industry to show our work creatively and in the best way. So I’ve found on the internet some of the best portfolios that I love and I think you will too. We’ll just discuss them and work out how they’ve done it and why it is working for them.

Just before we get into it, I just want to thank go visually for sponsoring this video. It’s really simple and easy to use. For instance, if you just upload your work and you invite a client or invite a team member, they can online give you very precise feedback by scraping things out in the design and selecting them adding comments. The coolest thing about it is if you’re working with the team and you’ve got a boss or someone that needs to see it or review it and basically approve the design, they can approve it and sign it off with a click. 1. Design that Dart Works

It’s a really cool URL first of all having a URL that works well that is creative that makes people want to go onto it I think that’s a good starting point so here we go we’re on the website haiku and Fiverr mobile so when we click on here you can see we’ve got some cool Images I like these images I think there could be a bit more movement within it but I really like how simple it is you’ll notice a running theme when you’re going through portfolios of this level is that they’re very simple but the design work in them is phenomenal so You can click on it that was a nice transition when you scroll down it’s very clean. I mean the first thing about this style of website is that it tells you a story and it brings you there so naturally to the project paid which is something that I Need to do with my portfolio you can see here all the different kind of things that he’s designed for it which looks nice you can even zoom in on an image and bring it this way I believe this is created on WordPress as well let’s look Back and see the other one that c5 at mobile and it’ll take us there I really like those transitions that it takes you there visit the whole website is kind of like on a one-page platform so it keeps you engaged and focused that’s really cool.

2. Etsion Oh Good the Ad

The logo that you’ve got going on here this eg really nice and the website as well I think I’ve seen someone else on YouTube talk about this one and simply because of the animations it’s so clean you can see here if I scroll up or down it’ll just hit me to the place where I want to go look at this so when you move your mouse you can see just going across everywhere like that and it’s these subtle tiny things inside of the websites that keep it really fun and engaging I love the color palette the up the down work and about it’s such a simple website the great thing about this kind of website is the Simplicity if you don’t have it simple and it’s hard to navigate then clients aren’t gonna be staying there very long they won’t want to work with you but this is so clean vibrant yet not too in the face of so simple I can easily go into your works It’s auto-scrolling for me as well all around so I can click on this and it will take me to the project page which is unreal check that out it’s basically like slides it’s like a presentation a story that you’ve been brought through let’s see the decades one I want to see What this one looks like oh that is unreal check that out I’m a huge fan of 3d modeling again super clean super nice very modern I love all the 3d models 3d illustrations made to introduce summer on my graphic design Instagram find the perfect balance between each shape Illustrations were made of Macs and cinema 4d and Photoshop awesome this makes me really want to start doing 4d again like cinema 4d work it’s super cool to do you’re a French designer in London I elaborate branding motion 3d and web experiences well you’re really Good you’re really good and if was a lot of places really cool places as well I’m just on your works page here and you’ve got the coolest menu thing here you’re just so simple but yet bold and make so much sense if we just click on one of These it will take you to the page and you’ve got such amazing work going on check it out and your about page is there all the time with your email and your Linkedin so that was a TN god yard if you want to go check out the website Click the link in the description the next one is Elias Klingon and again I’m going to say the names wrong not very good at that 3d illustration now when I saw this I absolutely loved 3d illustration in any website with it on is instantly engaging to me because Of the amount of detail and you can see it here check out what’s going on on the screen you’ve got aleus Klingon 3d an illustration freelancer base and Stockholm.
